We don't know a ton about the CNG systems, but it is running just fine on regular old gas currently. It does have an hour meter under the hood showing 3812 hours on CNG and 1129 on gasoline. The CNG burns really clean I am told, so there should be substantially less carbon build up inside the engine of this one compared to a regular gas pickup.
